Joseph began his career journey carrying a fire lit long before adulthood. As a child, he moved from Mexico City to Iowa, learning English, adapting socially, and absorbing possibilities through every transition. After school, he entered the Air Force, serving until 1974. When he became a stockbroker after his military service, he saw firsthand what market volatility can cost a family. He saw the real pain people endured when the market dropped, and he watched the corporate sector prioritize profits over people. That experience shaped his next move, breaking free of corporate culture to forge a path that aligned with his vision. He established Irontrust Retirement Co., and security became the foundation he trusted most.

Jordan grew up watching his father build security through hard work and diligence. When he was 19, he began attending college, helping his dad with seminars and meeting clients while juggling other work.

What surprised him most was this: preparation beats perfect timing. Jordan was already stepping toward buying a home while others his age were stepping toward student loans. Watching his father navigate resilience taught Jordan that stability is empowering and that doing the right thingalways pays off.

 

Today, Joseph and Jordan serve families in their community one steady conversation at a time. Joseph learned that stability is the real infrastructure of freedom, and Jordan grew up watching that torch carry lessons too valuable to waste on fear. Their work begins with listening for the “why,” then building plans that can actually hold the life a family is reaching toward. His broad experience across public accounting, corporate finance, and investment management equips him with a well-rounded perspective and deep expertise in financial strategy, compliance, and business advisory.

Ruth Vogt is a Retirement/Reverse Mortgage Lender with decades of experience in home financing, having entered the mortgage industry in the 1970s. Over the course of her career, Ruth has worked across all facets of residential lending, including traditional and forward mortgage products, gaining a comprehensive understanding of how housing finance impacts long-term financial outcomes.

Born and raised in Denver, Colorado, I spent much of my childhood in the mountains with my Dad: hunting, fishing, camping, and skiing. The mountains of Colorado are absolutely breathtaking and impossible to forget. In 2021, I relocated to Tampa, Florida, to pursue a career as a Logistics Broker. I worked in freight logistics for just over three years until I earned my 2-15 Insurance License. Currently, I work as a Medicare advisor licensed in 11 states, with just over 70 Clients. I’m driven by curiosity, growth, and the desire to do things with a purpose. I enjoy learning new skills, reflecting on life, and staying open to new experiences. I believe small steps and consistency make a big difference over time.
